$10 - $15/hr (base pay) + bonuses and incentives after 90 days
Shift Schedule:
9:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST (10-hour shift with a flexible 1-hour break)
Were seeking a motivated and disciplined Outbound Sales Manager to lead and support a growing outbound sales team of three. This role blends hands-on outbound work with people management, ensuring team members perform at their best while maintaining operational excellence.
In the first 3 months, you'll master the outbound process and company systems. By month 6, you'll be conducting 1:1s, leading QA reviews, and identifying process improvements that drive efficiency and performance.
