Outbound Sales Representative

We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our outbound sales team. You will conduct customer outreach through high-volume calling, generate qualified leads, . Key Responsibilities
Conduct 600-900 outbound calls daily using our dialing systems
Maintain a minimum of 8 dialing hours per workday
Qualify leads and capture accurate customer information
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Follow all company guidelines, scripts, and compliance protocols as directed by management Required Qualifications
Experience is a plus but Fresh Candidates are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation
Basic computer proficiency
Must be willing to work Night Shift ( US Timings ) What we offer Basic Salary (30k-70k) Dpending on Experience
