Outbound Sales Representative

Overview

We're hiring a driven, results-oriented Outbound Sales Representative to help grow our customer base by connecting with roofing contractors across the United States. This is a high-activity phone-based role where you'll be prospecting decision makers, introducing our software and services, and closing deals — all without handing things off. Remote | Full-Time | Base + Commission

What You'll Be Doing

The majority of your day will be spent on the phone working through targeted prospect lists, getting in front of owners and key decision makers at roofing businesses. Your day-to-day will include:

• Prospecting and introducing our products through outbound cold calls
• Following up via phone, email, and text to keep prospects moving through the pipeline
• Guiding newly signed customers through onboarding and to their first order
• Winning back lapsed customers to build consistent, recurring usage
