Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support while also performing outbound sales and cold-calling activities to small businesses. This role requires strong communication skills, customer-centric thinking, and the ability to identify sales opportunities while resolving customer inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service support via phone and other communication channels
