Outbound Sales Representative

We're looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to make proactive calls to prospective clients, introduce our services, qualify leads, and help convert interested prospects into booked appointments or new customers. This role is ideal for someone confident on the phone, goal-driven, and motivated by commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls daily to warm and cold leads
• Pitch services clearly and professionally
• Qualify prospects and identify needs
• Overcome objections and follow up consistently
• Book appointments / close sales
• Track activity, call outcomes, and notes in a CRM or tracker

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, BPO sales, or similar
