Outbound Sales Representative

The Outbound Sales Representative is a talent pooling initiative designed to acclimate and prepare professionals aspiring to be part of the Reed Elsevier Philippines' growing Sales organization.
A crucial part of this initiative is a 90-day training program aimed at building and nurturing foundational selling skills, overall salesmanship, and acquainting the participants with REPH's Sales products and processes.
We aim to develop and transition the participants from Almost-There Talents to Ready-Now Resources according to REPH standards and expectations.
By the end of the program, participants must be well-prepared to assume the roles of Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, or Account Managers.
Accountabilities:
Makes outbound sales contact (including cold calling) and pursues sales leads to develop a portfolio of buying customers
Accepts orders, closes sales, maintains customer records and completes required documentation
