Outbound Sales Reprsentative (Meal Prep Services)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Supervisor to lead, coach, and drive performance for a team of outbound sales representatives selling and reactivating meal prep subscriptions (similar to HelloFresh, CookUnity, and Blue Apron).

This role is hands‑on and KPI‑driven. The Supervisor is accountable for team productivity, conversion rates, quota attainment, CRM discipline, and overall revenue performance across both new customer acquisition and subscription reactivation.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of outbound sales representatives
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for new sales and reactivations
