About the Role
Beehive-BPO Corp (also known as SolutionCX) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Outdbound Sales Specialist to support our U.S.-based sales leadership team. This role is ideal for candidates with extensive experience in end-to-end lead generation, particularly those who can independently source leads from scratch with no pre-provided data.
The SDR will focus on prospecting, outbound lead generation, and appointment setting across the U.S. market. This is a non-closing role, with success measured by the quality of leads generated and qualified meetings booked for the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently research, identify, and build lead lists from zero using LinkedIn, Google, and other online resources
- Source and qualify prospects across multiple industries within the U.S. market
