Outbound Survey Caller

As an Outbound Survey Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to Australian businesses, asking survey questions using a prepared script, and accurately recording responses in a CRM.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, repeatable work and is comfortable spending most of the day on the phone. The calls are short, script-based, and focused on gathering information — not selling.

This is a straightforward, phone-based role focused on clear communication and consistency. No hard selling — your role is to gather information, not close deals.
