Adventure Manager – Outdoor Leisure €40,000 - €45,000
I am looking for adynamic manager with Outdoor Adventure experience to help shape and inspire a growing outdoor team!
This pivotal leadership role combines strategic oversight with hands-on teamwork, delivering memorable guest experiences while driving department success. The ideal candidate brings strong management credentials, a passion for adventure, and the ability to motivate and develop others.
Role & Requirements:
Leadership in adventure, leisure, or hospitality
Lead and develop high-performing teams
Implement effective systems for safe, profitable operations
Oversee team recruitment, training, risk management, and compliance
Optimise budgets, labour costs, and activity programmes
