Outdoor Assistant Yard Manager-Spring 2026

Responsibilities

• Provide training, coaching and mentoring to yard staff
• Oversee and maintain yard cleanliness and organization
• Able to lead and assign daily tasks to yard staff
• Working with the Stone Yard Manager to maintain yard inventory
• Oversee yard inventory, tracking, ordering and replenishment
• Oversee forklift and loader operators
• Always monitor safety in the yard, ensure all staff are following safety protocol
• Organize order processing, ensuring trucks are loaded properly and in a timely manner
• Knowledgeable and aware of all yard operational duties
• Assist customers to ensure they are helped by yard staff, and/or their 'pick-up' orders are processed correctly and efficiently
• Able to communicate professionally and be courteous to all customers and staff
