Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to manage and grow our dealer network. This role focuses on maintaining strong dealer relationships, driving sell-through, expanding market coverage and executing sales strategies through dealers and channel partners.
Dealer & Channel Management
Manage and develop assigned dealers to achieve sales targets
Maintain regular outdoor visits to dealers for relationship building and performance review
Support dealers with product training, promotions and sales activities
Monitor dealer stock levels, forecast demand and coordinate replenishment
Sales Growth & Market Expansion
Drive sales growth through existing dealers and identify new dealer opportunities
Execute sales promotions, campaigns and launches with dealers
Collect market intelligence (pricing, competitors, customer feedback) and report to management
