Outlet Chef

About the role

This is a full-time Outlet Chef (Japanese Western Fusion) position based in Sunway Velocity, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.

What you're required to do

1. To run daily Outlet Kitchen operation in line with company's business directions and objectives.
2. To guide and provide training / education to build an effective kitchen operation team.
3. Know-how to report adequately to top management pertaining daily kitchen operation and provide suggestion / solution for any issues to be solve.
4. To conduct effective purchase and stock control.

What we're looking for

• A chef who is experience in restobar especially with both Western and Japanese fusion cooking skills. knowledge and passion.
• A chef who carry high commitment of kitchen SOP and cleanliness requirements.
