Outlet Coordinator

• Handle retail and wholesale sales transactions
• Provide accurate product information and assist customers with battery diagnosis, selling, and installation
• Process warranty claims, evaluate defective batteries, and coordinate with Technical Services Department
• Manage inventory levels, ensure FIFO implementation, and conduct regular stock counts
• Safeguard company assets, accountable forms, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with SAP entries, store processes, and reporting requirements
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as invoices, receipts, and stock movement reports
• Perform daily housekeeping and other tasks delegated by management

We're looking for:

• Graduate of any 4-year course (Business, Marketing, or Technical courses preferred)
• Experience in sales, inventory management, or technical servicing is an advantage
• Knowledge in SAP and inventory procedures is a plus
