About the role

Reporting to the Head Chef/Area Chef, this is an exciting opportunity to join THE BREW HOUSE' as an Outlet Head / Sous Chef (Non-Halal) based in Penang outlet. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring the delivery of high-quality cuisine to customers.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and oversee the kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
2. Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
3. Develop and refine recipes, menus, and presentation to meet customer expectations
4. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary ingredients and equipment
