                    ( Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operations at The Beer factory 
Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints 
Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees 
Organize and supervise shifts 
Manage restaurant supplies 
Nurture a positive working environment 
Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions 
Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
