Overall Responsibility:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the outlet (Brand name: Magnificent Park Bakery) and also upkeep the bakery's quality standards, health and safety, and profitability. Equally, you enjoy putting a smile on customers' faces and are a true customer service superstar.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of bakery staff members. Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with the operations team to understand customer preferences and feedback, ensuring that bakery products meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure all bakery items meet quality standards and implement measures to maintain product excellence.
