Outlet Manager

Responsibilities

• Able to lead, develop, motivate and manage the team members in delivering the excellent experience to our customers.
• Ensure continued compliance with all company policies and procedures (i.e. quality, service and cleanliness) by everyone in the outlet team.
• Increase outlet performance through sales building, expenditure evaluation and effective cost control measurement.
• Plan manpower, recruitment and identify training needs of the team members.
• Implement effective outlet administration, stock control measurement, security and safety measurement.
• Complete and review daily/ weekly/ monthly reporting timely.
• Clear and able to perform all team member duties, as part of monitoring of team member performance.
• Role model to staff and assist in training them on all staff functions.
• Understanding customer demands, be proactive and strike to upsell all food & beverage items.
