Job Description
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the outlet (Brand name: Magnificent Park Bakery) and also upkeep the bakery’s quality standards, health and safety, and profitability. Equally, you enjoy putting a smile on customers’ faces and are a true customer service superstar.
Core Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of bakery staff members. Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team performance.
Collaborate with the operations team to understand customer preferences and feedback, ensuring that bakery products meet or exceed customer expectations.
Ensure all bakery items meet quality standards and implement measures to maintain product excellence.
Develop strategies to drive sales and increase revenue. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, attract new customers, and enhance the visibility of our bakery outlet in the local community.
