Supervisor Job Scope

• Create employees’ schedules to ensure efficient operations
• Supervise and train staff to ensure they adhere to established standards of service and professionalism
• Assist in execution of the strategic planning including outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering
• Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Explain and promote products and offerings
• Ensure that all customers receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
• To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers
• Ensure every drink served to customers is made with passion and has the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.
