Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Outpatient Coding & Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) Trainer to lead training initiatives focused on outpatient coding accuracy, documentation quality, and regulatory compliance. This role plays a key part in equipping coders with the knowledge and tools needed to maintain high performance across a variety of outpatient specialties and provider types.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver training programs focused on CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM coding for outpatient settings.
Integrate documentation improvement concepts into training to ensure complete and compliant code assignment.
Facilitate onboarding and upskilling sessions for new and existing outpatient coders.
Identify coding accuracy trends and collaborate with QA to provide targeted, data-driven training.
