Key Responsibilities

1. Direct Patient Operations

Accept and process patient referrals: Gather and input preliminary patient information into company systems.

Intake:

• Input new referrals, verify insurance/payment methods.

• Obtain prescription orders and consent forms from doctors and patients.

• Collect payment information when necessary.

Assigning:

• Match patients to available therapists.

• Follow up with referring agencies for missing information.
