About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Outreach Counsellor to provide intensive counselling and mentoring support to at-risk young people (aged 12–18, with a focus on 12–15 years) and their families. This position involves delivering trauma-informed therapeutic services in homes, community settings, and office-based environments.

The Rising Strong Program, delivered in partnership with Communicare, focuses on supporting young men and adolescent boys who are using or at risk of using violence.
