Outreach Executive

We are seeking a confident and well-spoken Outreach Executive to contact and follow up with prospective leads, and accurately update tracking sheets in accordance with established protocols and procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, prior experience in outbound calling, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads.
• Follow up with existing leads to gather information and move them through the outreach process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Excel spreadsheets or Google Sheets.
• Update lead statuses and notes in accordance with company protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Schedule meetings and appointments where required.
• Escalate important inquiries or issues to the relevant team members.
