Description

1. Branding and collaboration with universities & colleges , Large scale corporates etc
2. Develop and nurture relationships with a diverse community of Language talent, GenAI talent and AI research participants across different locales. This will include establishing partnerships with Top Tier universities and educational institutions (including Ivy Leagues)
3. Identify, engage, and build a talent pipeline of skilled resources in various domain streams of STEM, Medical, Legal, Marketing and other professional fields to support various AI and localization projects.
4. Partner with hiring and project teams to understand talent requirements and align community building efforts with immediate and future needs.
5. Organize, Host & attend virtual or in-person community events, networking sessions or conferences, and informational meetups to attract the right talent.
