Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update leads in Follow Up Boss (CRM)
• Maintain accurate notes and call outcomes
• Support outreach campaigns and contact organisation
• Assist with simple visuals or materials using Canva
• Follow and help improve SOPs for outreach and lead management
