Job Description

Responsibilities
 include: Community Outreach, Program Promotion, and Participant Recruitment
Conducts outreach to recruit new, eligible youth participants into the program, including Indigenous and underserved youth from equity-deserving groups.
Promotes civic engagement to youth and guides them to understand the benefits of volunteerism.
Tailors outreach efforts to diverse groups and communities.
Presents the program to youth groups, schools, community partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring they understand the program objectives and the time requirements.
Establishes and maintains relationships with non-profit partners to help develop volunteer placement opportunities for youth.
Establishes and maintains new relationships with community agencies to ensure effective partnerships and wraparound support for youth.
