Outside Parts & Service Representative

Brandt is currently seeking an Outside Parts & Service Representative for our Surrey.

This is an outside sales position responsible for promoting and selling Construction & Forestry parts and service, as well as providing after sales support to new and existing customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction
• Assist the Parts & Service departments to increase profitability and performance
• Regularly prospect and cold call new accounts to discuss new promotions and programs
• Implement yearly territory plan including a customer target list to maximize sales potential
• Visit customers in Area of Responsibility (AOR); a minimum of 1 visit per month
• Keep customers current on new products and services
• Develop prospective customers with a goal of 2 per month
