Cleveland-Cliffs has an immediate opening for an Outside Processing Routing Representative . This role is a critical part of the team responsible for maintaining the seamless flow of steel through external processing facilities. The position may be based at any of the following Regional Offices: Burns Harbor, IN; West Chester, OH; Novi, MI; or Cleveland, OH.


Summary of Responsibilities
+ Assign and manage required outside processing steps and processors in SAP for applicable customer orders
+ Collaborate with Outside Processing and Quality teams to understand processor capabilities, capacities, and operational constraints
+ Work with C entral Q uality to establish and maintain rules ensuring orders are routed for Outside Processing (OP) review in SAP when r equired
+ Monitor order flow and troubleshoot system or routing issues, working with IT to resolve SAP-related discrepancies
