Outsource Manager

Job Scope: Lead accounting teams Provide guidance to team members Handle portfolio of clients, including assignment of jobs to teams and team members Responsible for billings and debtor management for portfolio Review work by accounting teams Managing team workload to meet client deadline - Where possible or required, this would include negotiation with the client on deadlines and corresponding fee adjustments Propose resolution steps for issues that may arise with clients Report to director on the following - Issues that arise with clients - Anticipated issues that may arise (eg Deadline not able to be met) - Time spent by teams on jobs
