Role & Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates within South Africa.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws as an outsourced partner.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and metrics.
• Work independently as an outsourced partner, aligned with our hiring requirements.
• Deliver a consistent volume of qualified candidates on a day-to-day basis.
