Supports both the Operations group and Maintenance Service Managers by coordinating the following events in a sublet service repair site:
Unscheduled work
Scheduled issues 
Preventative maintenance (overflow from inhouse repairs)
Parts sourcing through in-house repair sites if necessary
Outsource / Sublet Repairs
Source and maintain qualified sublet repair sites/ vendors
Direct all third-party maintenance repairs
Maintaining constant communication and gathering updates/ completion times. Entering data into the maintenance EMM system
Scrutinizing and authorizing quoted repairs
Profiling and uploading data into the Maintenance software for records
Cost analysis of maintenance/repairs on particular vehicles to determine feasibility (is it worth spending the money on?)
Reviewing and approving items assigned in AP scanning
