Outsourcing Officer

1,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or relatedfield

2,Minimum 2–5 years of experience inprocurement, outsourcing, or vendormanagement

3,Experience in the telecommunicationsindustry is preferred

4,Strong knowledge of procurement processesand contract management

5,Familiarity with telco outsourcing services(network rollout, OSP construction, civilworks, logistics, O&M)

6, Knowledgeable in ERP / procurementsystems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)

7,Good understanding of local procurementregulations and compliance requirementsRESPONSIBILITIES

8,Manage end-to-end procurementof outsourced services (RFQ/RFP, evaluation,awarding)

9, Source, accredit, and maintain a pool ofqualified outsourcing vendors

10,Negotiate pricing, service scope, SLAs, andcontractual terms
