Qualifications

• Engineering Professionals with At least 1-2 years of working experience in Purchasing and Manufacturing Industry or related field
• with experience in inter island shipment
• Must be a fast learner and has strong personality
• Has leadership skills
• Has the ability to converse with different kinds of individuals (contractors, extra)
• Must be knowledgeable with MS Office applications
• Organized
• Can start immediately

Responsibilities:

• Will be deployed under of Outsourcing Department
• PO creation for in-house contractors, job-out, installation, ocular, and extra personnel payroll to Acumatica
• Strict coordination with the Outsourcing Supervisor and Field Services Supervisor
• Generate reports regarding extra manpower (OT forms and salary rates)
• In-charge of day to day printing of IDs
