What YouWill Do
1.Outsourcing Strategy Development & Management: Develop DSS Virtual Plant Outsourcing Strategy - capable supplier base with Capacity/Quality/Technology
a.DSS Product Requirements Collection
b.Lead Outsourcing Strategy Development and Management
c.Collaborate with cross functional team to execute the strategy to better support the business needs 
2.Operation Excellence: Lead Virtual Plant OpEx activities
a.Best practices sharing 
b.Driving cost down initiatives 
c.Identify and work with project champions to remove barriers that slow or prevent the successful completion of a saving project
d.Facilitate operations and functional depts. to continuously improve operational performance.
e.Provide input and guidance to cross functional team on a supplier management view of the ongoing improvement and the selection and execution of projects.
