• Drive full upgrade lifecycle across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production (Platform Server, LifeTime, Service Center)
• Perform infrastructure setup and tuning (IIS, Windows Server, load balancers, SSL, networking changes)
• Assess and remediate breaking changes (deprecated features, API changes, system entities)
• Ensure security compliance (Secret Site Properties, SSO/authentication validation)
• Enable future readiness for ODC , focusing on data decoupling and modern integrations
• Lead troubleshooting , upgrade issue resolution, and team enablement/training

• OutSystems: Strong expertise in v11 on-prem, with In-Place & Side-by-Side upgrades
