Job Description

The Ovation Netherlands DMC team is servicing associations, corporations, and agencies. With extensive local expertise, creativity, and resources, the team specializes in designing and executing event objectives from logistics to exclusive high-end programmes. You will support the team in the organization of various projects within the set budget.
Job Description: Your tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Desk research in contribution to overall event design (e.g., branding venue/platform, programme, social programme, etc).

Assist with the creation of proposals for specific clients.

Maintain contact with suppliers and partners.

Independently prepare briefings & presentations.

Have an active role in internal project meetings.

Maintaining the Ovation database.

On-site assistance during events.

Correct handling of the administration and assist in setting up budgets....
