Overlay Operator

FLINT is seeking Overlay Operators with industrial experience for a temporary job in Sherwood Park, AB starting March 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a Monday to Thursday schedule with straight days or straight night shifts available (no rotation), 10-hour workdays, and benefits after 300+ hours worked.



This position does not include camp accommodations, living out allowance, or travel allowance. Therefore, it is best suited for local candidates; however, those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a labourer in an industrial setting.
• Experience operating an overlay machine, welding, or sandblasting.
• Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
