Join St. Michael's Homes as an Overnight Addiction Worker in their Bed-Based Treatment Program. Your role involves client monitoring, counseling, and community engagement from 12 am to 8 am, Monday through Thursday.
In this vital role, you'll utilize your knowledge of addiction and mental health to support individuals during their treatment journey. You will oversee nighttime operations, administer brief interventions, and document critical case notes. This position requires skilled crisis de-escalation and the ability to collaborate effectively with community partners.
