Overseas Customer Service

Job responsibilities:

1. Maintain, improve and expand overseas agency resources, and establish a good interactive and cooperative relationship with overseas agents;



2. Accept overseas agent's inquiry, make daily quotations according to the service requirements of overseas agents, and provide corresponding transportation solutions;



3. Accept overseas agency order entrustment, operation, tracking and timely feedback corresponding order information .;



4, assist overseas agents to maintain existing customers, and can jointly explore and develop potential customers;



5. Do a good job in customer service for other project cargo customers of the company;



6. Complete other tasks delivered by superior leaders.
