Job Summary

We are looking for a target-driven Overseas Employment Sales Advisor to handle

sales and counseling for Saudi Arabia and Kuwait work permit services. The role

involves lead handling, eligibility screening, client counseling, meeting sales targets,

and coordinating with the processing team after deal closure. This is a pure sales role

requiring strong communication, convincing skills, and ethical client handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and digital leads
• Screen and check eligibility of candidates for Saudi & Kuwait work permits
• Clearly explain the work permit process, timelines, costs, and documentation
• Provide accurate product and service information
• Schedule and conduct meetings with eligible and interested clients
• Convince prospects and close sales deals to meet monthly targets
