Main responsibilities
ZStack Product Technical Training Delivery: Responsible for conducting comprehensive technical training on ZStack products for customers and partners in Malaysia and surrounding regions, covering product functions, deployment and configuration, operation and maintenance troubleshooting, and delivery processes. Design training programs tailored to the actual scenarios of customers to ensure the effectiveness of training and enhance customers' ability to use the product and their recognition of it.
Project Practical Support and Opportunity Exploration: Relying on practical experience in ZStack product delivery projects, participate in technical communication with customers' projects, analyze customer needs from a business perspective, assist front-line business teams in identifying technical pain points and providing solutions, explore potential business opportunities, and support project closing and customer renewal.
