COMPANY: UNITED PHILIPPINE LINES (UPL)

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Under the direct supervision of the DAS Manager

2. Accurately process and encode crew member documents to meet POEA and company requirements.

3. Ensure the validity and accuracy of all crew documents.

4. Maintain and regularly update crew documentation records.

5. Prepare employment contracts for approved crew members for POEA processing.

6. Ensure contracts comply with POEA standards and are properly documented.

7. Work closely with the Visa Team to ensure proper document encoding and completeness.

8. Update and maintain crew readiness statuses in the HRI system.

9. Track and compute crew longevity records as necessary.

10. Perform other lawful duties as assigned by the DAS Manager.
