About the Role

Toobit is seeking an experienced P2P Senior Operations Specialist/Manager to lead merchant management, crypto payment rule-setting, risk control, and the overall growth of our global P2P (C2C) trading business. You will be responsible for building merchant governance frameworks, optimizing operational processes, and improving P2P liquidity and user experience.
