P3 DESIGN LEAD - SENIOR

Job Summary The Senior P3 Project (Design) Lead is responsible for managing and leading the design team for P3 (Public-Private Partnership) projects in the Alternative Financing and Procurement (AFP) model. The Senior P3 Project Lead will play a critical role in overseeing the pursuit submission process for new projects and, if successful, the implementation stage of healthcare facilities.

The position requires a strong background in healthcare architecture and extensive experience managing P3/AFP projects from pursuit through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design team for P3 projects pursued by our firm with Infrastructure Ontario, managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables for the design team.

Collaborate with project managers, technical experts, and other design professionals to ensure that designs are coordinated and meet project objectives.
