Key Responsibilities:
· Provide confidential personal assistant support to senior management, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and executive correspondence.
· Manage office administration functions, ensuring efficient office operations, document control, and professional front-office standards.
· Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation in line with corporate requirements.
· Act as a key liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
· Coordinate office procurement, service providers, and general office logistics.
· Support HR and Finance with administrative tasks, including onboarding documentation, leave administration, and invoice processing.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and corporate governance standards.
