Position Summary
The PA / Office Manager is a key, high-trust role within the business. This person serves as the operational gatekeeper for local staff—supporting leadership, protecting confidential company information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office execution. This role is broad and hands-on—ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can manage shifting priorities, and takes ownership with minimal supervision.
A key part of the role is being trained to back up two admin functions (Project Administration and Maintenance Administration) so the team is supported during prolonged absences.

- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM (Manila time)
