Job Description
- Team Management: Lead a team to achieve business objectives related to revenue and profitability through setting goals, performance reviews, and monitoring via KPIs.
- Market Analysis: Continuously assess market and economic conditions to identify potential impacts on the business.
- Operations Compliance: Ensure business operations and processes comply with company policies and risk management protocols.
- Financial Monitoring: Monitor monthly sales, construction progress, and collections to ensure adequate cash flow.
- Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports on the business’s position regarding sales, revenue, and profitability.
