Duties and Responsibilities
The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Managing Director provides high-level administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the MD's daily schedule, communications, and business priorities. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
1. Administrative Support
Manage and maintain the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and reports with the highest level of discretion.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and company events involving the MD.
2. Communication & Coordination
Screen, direct, and prioritize incoming calls and emails for the MD.
