Role Overview

As a Learning Assistant at Banstead Prep, you will be based in a specific year group to begin with, but over time may move to support different classes as needs evolve. This role involves stepping into classrooms, supporting individuals and small groups, joining trips, and helping with school events and activities that make school life exciting.
